As a solo practitioner, I am able to provide purely personal attention to every business immigration client I represent. I generally answer my own telephone and schedule my own appointments. When you call my office with questions during the visa or Green Card application process, your question will be answered by your attorney, not an assistant, secretary or paralegal.

If you have submitted the petition on your own but require legal assistance because of a delay or misunderstanding with the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service - I am happy to help. I can serve as your spokesman with the USCIS, helping to smooth the way, correct any errors in your application, and submit any additional required paperwork.
If you are merely considering a work visa or work-related Green Card, we can begin at the beginning. We will discuss the staffing needs of your business or your goals as an employee in the U.S. workforce. Then we will decide together what type of visa or Green Card best fits your circumstances and your desired outcome. After we decide together how to proceed, I can do all the required investigations and applications on your behalf. I can:
